Disclaimer and Agreement

1. Non-Refundable Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled for any reason, except under the conditions outlined in Section 2.

2. Refund Exceptions

A refund will only be issued if the event is:

• Canceled by the organizer.
• Postponed or rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date.
• Impacted due to unforeseen issues with the venue, rendering the event impossible to host.

3. Personal Circumstances

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for personal circumstances such as illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or other personal inconveniences.

4. Transferability

In the event you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual, subject to applicable ticket transfer policies.

5. Acceptance of Risk

By purchasing a ticket, you accept the risks associated with attending public events, including weather conditions, traffic, and other uncontrollable factors.

6. Notification of Changes

In the event of any changes to the concert schedule or venue, the organizers will notify ticket holders as soon as possible via the provided contact information.

7. Catering, Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Food and catering services provided at our Gala Night are supplied by an independent third-party catering company engaged for the event. The catering company is responsible for the preparation, handling, storage, and service of food and beverages, in accordance with applicable food safety laws and regulations. The catering company represents that it holds the licences, permits, and certifications required to provide its services.

Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, food intolerances, or other food-related concerns are strongly encouraged to contact AB Events in advance. We will be happy to assist guests in contacting the catering company to discuss their specific requirements. Guests should communicate their allergies and dietary needs directly to the catering company before consuming any food.

Although guests may inform AB Events of their requirements, AB Events cannot guarantee that such information will be communicated to or accommodated by the catering company, or that any food will be free from specific allergens or cross-contamination.

Responsibility for Catering Services

AB Events acts as the event organizer and does not directly prepare or handle the food provided by the independent catering company. The catering company is responsible for its own catering operations, including food preparation, handling, storage, service, ingredient information, and allergen management.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AB Events disclaims responsibility for the acts, omissions, and services of the independent catering company, including matters relating to food preparation, food safety, allergens, cross-contamination, and dietary requirements, except to the extent that such responsibility cannot legally be excluded or limited.

By purchasing a ticket to or attending the Gala Night, guests acknowledge that catering services are provided by an independent third-party company and that any food allergies or dietary requirements should be discussed directly with that company.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
